Vulnerability is an independent jewelry brand operated by an individual. All products are handmade with care. While our primary sales channel is online, selected pieces are also available through partner showrooms. You can view showroom locations on our Stores page.

 

 

 

2. Ordering

Orders can be placed via our website or directly through our social media channels. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

 

 

 

3. Pricing & Payment

 

Prices listed do not include taxes or shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout. We currently accept payments via bank transfer only. Orders will be processed once payment is confirmed.

 

 

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer domestic shipping in Bali and international shipping.

 

• Default carrier: Indonesian Post

• Alternative carriers may be used upon request

• Shipping costs are based on delivery provider rates

• Estimated delivery time: 7–20 business days

 

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

 

 

5. Returns & Refunds

 

We accept returns within 14 business days of delivery under the following conditions:

 

• Items must be returned in original condition with no signs of wear

• Custom items are non-refundable

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

 

 

In the case of damaged or faulty items, please contact us to arrange a return. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer upon receiving and inspecting the item.

 

 

 

6. Warranty

 

All items are covered under a warranty for manufacturing defects or shipping damage. This does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse. We do not offer repair services at this time.
