• Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.

• We use GoSend, and the shipping cost is calculated based on their current rates.

 

 

International Shipping

 

• We ship worldwide via Indonesian Post.

• Shipping costs are based on the carrier’s rates and typically range from $10–$15 USD.

• You will receive a tracking code once your order is dispatched.

• Estimated delivery time: 7–20 business days (excluding customs delays).

• Customs processing times can vary by country and may delay your delivery.

• Taxes and duties are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer’s responsibility.

Return Policy

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, here’s how returns work:

 

• Return window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

• Before returning: Please contact us first at vulnerability.objects@gmail.com to receive return instructions.

• Condition: Items must be unused, show no signs of wear, and be returned in their original condition. Please include the original packaging if possible.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

Custom items are non-refundable.
